What counts as a "call"?
Any call that reaches the claimant and completes the qualification logic — a connected session. Unanswered calls, voicemails, and calls terminated before the eligibility gates are not billed.
What if a claimant doesn't qualify?
Non-qualifying calls are still billed — the AI completed the work of ruling them out. You get the structured record and decline documentation. Claimants are offered legal aid referral as appropriate to your state.
Is there a monthly minimum?
No. You pay for calls made. The tiers above represent typical volume brackets — your rate reflects actual call volume, not a commitment.
How is pricing confirmed?
In writing, before any production calls. Every engagement includes a signed agreement with pricing, data handling terms, and compliance clearances for your state confirmed on paper.
